Being a therapist isn't just what I do — it's who I am. I came to this work not just through training, but through my own healing journey. I know what it feels like to be weighed down by the past, to understand your patterns but still feel stuck, and to wonder if real change is actually possible.
It is. I've lived it.
Now it is my greatest honor to walk alongside my clients as they find their way back to themselves — using IFS, EMDR, and somatic therapy to help you heal, grow, and truly thrive.
My Approach
For me, therapy starts with this simple truth:

You carry such a bright light within you. I know my clients have all the wisdom, harmony, creativity, and wholeness that they need when they come to me. Through EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy, we will tap into these already present gifts to get you where you want to be.
